Join us for a day of kind commerce and clear intention. The Healing Arts Fair welcomes practitioners, teachers, and artisans whose work supports insight, healing, and beauty.
Event date: Sunday, September 20, 1-7 PM • Location: Methow Valley Community Center

Classes & Ceremony
Offer an hour of movement, breath, sound, or contemplation. Classrooms are available for small group breakouts. Classes will take place on the stage with the curtain closed, in the dojo, or in Wellspring,
One-hour time slots between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Sound-friendly, light-soaked space for small-group classes of up to 15 people. Chairs and yoga mats provided.
Who we welcome
Yoga teachers, breathwork guides, meditation leaders, sound bath facilitators, energy workers, astrologers, tarot readers, herbalists, contemplative movement, and live acoustic musicians.
Logistics & rate: $66 to offer a class, OR included if you have a booth at the event.
Charging for your classes: Most teachers offer “by donation” classes, but you’re welcome to set it up however you prefer. We encourage advertising to book participants in advance.

A quiet, softly lit sanctuary designed for one-on-ones.
What’s included
5 x 5 space
2 chairs, optional: bring a card table and/or privacy screen
Sign-up posted for walk-up bookings
Practitioners are encouraged to have their info materials to hand out and book future sessions.
Who we welcome
Tarot readers, astrologers, energy healers, mental health professionals, herbalists, psychics, intuitive coaches, and related modalities.
Logistics & rate
$66 per day (paid to Spirit of the Methow by cash, check, or credit card)
Set up at: NOON • Take down completed by: 8:00 PM
Marketplace of Sacred Crafts
A warm marketplace for intentional goods and services.
What’s Included
Limited vendor tables (first come, first served)
10 x 10 space, table + two chairs per booth
We encourage your own tablecloth and adornments
What belongs here
Herbal goods and tinctures, handmade jewelry, crystals and stones, ritual tools, art and prints, intuitive services (including practitioners focusing on outreach), and aligned offerings.

Practical Details & Policies
Payments: Cash, check, or credit card (paid to Spirit of the Methow).
Shoes: Some classroom spaces are shoe-free; bring clean socks or indoor-only slippers.
Substances: Mind-altering substances are not sold or encouraged.
Advance bookings: Strongly encouraged for practitioners; provide a booking link or QR code.
On-site visibility: A board with availability is posted for practitioners on event day.
