Sacred Wellspring Room — Private Sessions
A quiet, softly lit sanctuary designed for one-on-one work. Limited booths feature privacy and dividing walls with a whisper-only sound level maintained throughout.
What’s included
Partitioned booth (limited availability; first come, first served)
Optional table + two chairs
Whiteboard sign-up posted outside the room for walk-up bookings
Practitioners are encouraged to promote advance bookings through your own website/contact.
Who we welcome
Tarot readers, astrologers, bodyworkers, energy healers, dream interpreters, aura readers, psychics, intuitive coaches, and related modalities.

$66 per day (paid in advance to Spirit of the Methow by cash, check, or credit card)
Set up at: 9:00 AM • Take down completed by: 5:00 PM
Shoes: Not allowed in this room (bring socks or indoor-only slippers)

Dojo Classroom — Classes, Sound & Ceremony
Offer an hour of movement, breath, sound, or contemplation. This serene studio is stocked and ready.
What’s included
One-hour time slots between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Access to on-site yoga props (mats, blocks, etc.)
Sound-friendly, light-soaked space for live musicians and sound bath facilitators
Who we welcome
Yoga teachers, breathwork guides, meditation leaders, sound bath facilitators, energy workers, contemplative movement, and live acoustic musicians.
Logistics & rate
$66 per hour room fee (you set your participant pricing)
Shoes: Not allowed in this space
Arrive by 9:00 AM for setup as needed; wrap by 5:00 PM

A warm marketplace for intentional goods and services.

Herbal goods and tinctures, handmade jewelry, crystals and stones, ritual tools, art and prints, intuitive services (including tattoo artists), and aligned offerings.

Payments: Cash, check, or credit card (paid to Spirit of the Methow).
Noise: Wellspring Room maintains whisper level for client comfort.
Shoes: Many spaces are shoe-free; bring clean socks or indoor-only slippers.
Substances: Mind-altering substances are not sold or encouraged.
Advance bookings: Strongly encouraged for practitioners; bring a booking link or QR code.
On-site visibility: A whiteboard with availability is posted for Wellspring practitioners on event day.
